You will need to upload his form of ID (birth certificate, passport, or Texas ID). Only one form of identification is required.
Also, upload a copy of his report card. Its OK if its from the first 9 weeks of school. As long as it shows he is in the 6th Grade and what school he is attending.
Be sure to fill out all the information blocks on his profile.
This will only cost you $10.00 (one time/yearly).
