  3. Choose Your Child's Division.
  4. Upload Medical Clearance Form.
  5. Complete Verification Process.

COACH - HOW TO GET VERIFIED
  1. Scroll Up and Click the Register Button.
  2. Click Get Coach Verified.
  3. Upload a Headshot Photo.
  4. Upload Driver's License.
  5. Allow Background Check.
  6. Upload the following files or screenshots:

 

  1. FREE NFHS Protecting Students from Abuse Training
  2. CDC Concussion Training Course
  3. AYC online Human Kinetics Coaches Course
  4. YCADA Online Coach’s Safety Certification Course, called Y101 – Coach’s Manual.
  5. Check out and Wait for the Approval Email.

 

Note: Do not upload any files until all certificates are completed and ready to be uploaded together.
